The villa is currently priced on the website for multiples of 7 nights (7, 14, 21 etc....) but the owner will consider odd night stays therefore please enquire through our sales team.

Changeover day
Flexible.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Smoking Allowed?
Smoking & vaping are not permitted.

Minimum stay
4 nights. Other durations upon request.

Heating costs included?
Yes, included in the rental price.

Pool heating charge?
Pool heating included in the rental price between April - September. All other times upon request. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
