• Please note that the full capacity of 5 guests includes the use of a fold out bed. Please enquire for more information.
  
• The ground floor of the property is not open or accessible to guests.

Changeover day
Flexible. Please be aware that this property does not accept any arrivals on the 24th, 25th, or 26th of December.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Heating costs included?
Not available on this property.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, this is available and included in the rental price between October - April inclusive. Outside of these months, this will be at an additional cost of £120 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
