End of stay cleaning
Extra €250, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €50 per day, minimum 7 days and on request until 7 days in advance (to be paid by bank transfer to supplier before arrival or in cash on arrival). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax
Guests will be required to pay €2 per person per night for all guests aged 13 years and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights for the Municipality EcoTax. This payment is required in cash on arrival.
