The Villa Cyprus

Hi, I'm Jo and thank you for your interest in The Villa, Cyprus. The Villa has been in my family for 15 years and we are passionate about making it a 'home from home' for the whole family to enjoy. This spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is situated in the front-row of a well-manicured villa complex, with a private pool and huge plot with landscaped gardens, seating areas, and views, views and more views all around. Located just by the Esentepe Village entrance, the villa is just minutes by car from beaches, restaurants, shops and various other amenities that can be found in the village and along the coast, while tucked back enough from the main road for peace and quiet to enjoy your holiday. Ideal for families, the villa boasts 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, with en-suite to Master bedroom and two family bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms and a family bathroom are located downstairs with the other 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The villa is fully air conditioned with no electricity limit (unlike most other properties) and you also get a lovely sea breeze from its elevated position overlooking the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. The Villa comes with everything you need for a restful and enjoyable stay, without the need for additional baggage. There is free wi-fi included as well as a DVD player and TV box to keep you entertained during your stay. We also provide toys for the younger ones as well as pool inflatables. There is a cot and high chair for families with young ones and a Z-bed can be rented on request. The beds are prepared with fresh linen and towels, with extra bedding and towels provided for stays of 2 weeks and more. While the villa is on bus route, a hire car is recommended to be able to freely explore all that the area and the island have to offer. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
