At the front of the villa there is substantial private parking which is accessed through electrically controlled gates, so you can be assured your privacy and security is taken care of.

Set across three floors, Villa Lux Luz has so much space for you and your family & friends to escape the hot midday sun.

On the ground level there are three double en-suite bedrooms each with its own direct access to the sun terrace and swimming pool.

You will also find another large double bedroom on the ground level, again with direct access to the sun terrace and pool, with its own en-suite annexe.

The sun terrace has outdoor seating and there are substantial sun beds situated around the pool so no need to get up early and reserve one with your towel!

The pool is private and only you and your party will have exclusive use during your stay.

The private garden is abundant with fruit trees and native plants with a comfortable grassy area.

Our swimming pool also has a small children’s pool at the end. The main pool can be heated, optional extra charge applies.

There is a badminton/volleyball court, a large BBQ area with a fully furnished kitchen including fridge, dishwasher & all crockery, cutlery & utensils.

The seating next to the BBQ is more than adequate for 20 people.

Close to the BBQ area, beneath a pergola, is our jacuzzi where up to six people can unwind and take in the tranquil surroundings.

On the first level is the main entrance hallway, with a guest toilet, leading to a huge living room.

There are steps down to the dining room, fully furnished kitchen and a utility room.

Still on the first level, there are two double en-suite bedrooms, one with access to a large terrace whilst the other has its own private balcony with amazing sea views.

Finally on the top level there are another four double bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities.
