Kerem Villas is a luxury four-villa complex in the exclusive Plai Laem neighborhood on a private beachfront on Thailand’s Koh Samui island. Designed to rise from the seashore like terraced vines in a hilly vineyard by renowned architect Gary Fell, Kerem offers the tranquility of a private family getaway with the services of a five-star hotel.

Villa Muscat is perched on the upper terrace level (Mirroring the Gamay) and features three spacious bedrooms, each including en-suite bathrooms with his-and-her sinks and walk-in rain showers, and private balconies with full sea views in every room. The extra large master also includes a seating area with a queen size pull out couch making the Muscat suitable for 6 adult guests or 8 if the additional guests are children.

The fully-equipped luxury kitchen and dining room features imported European furnishings and appliances and accordion doors opening onto a large terrace with oak lounge furniture and an infinity swimming pool overlooking the sea with views of the famed Big Buddha to the south. The airy modern design is accented by delicate sculptures and Bohemian-inspired art pieces.

Each villa offers total privacy and seclusion and is just a few steps down to the shared private beach. The shared areas on the Kerem property also include the dramatic streetside entrance, parking area, and a fully-equipped gym and wellness facility.

You can book each villa individually or any combination of the four for a group vacation or special occasion.

A damage deposit of THB 33060 is required on arrival. That's about 959.65USD. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
