The villa's two structures are huge and well-finished, with air conditioning, smart TVs, and lovely furnishings. A garden is a gathering place for everyone to enjoy the private pool and the breathtaking sea views. There's an outside kitchen where you can cook a Sicilian feast alfresco.

The property is next to Plemmirio's protected marine area, which includes 12 kilometres of coastline and covers the park's beaches, caverns, vegetation, and wildlife. This means that the villa's surroundings are scenic and rich in local flora and fauna, and there are some magnificent tiny coves, wetlands, and beaches just a few kilometres away.

Local stores, cafes, and restaurants are also within 5 kilometres of the villa. Syracuse is only 12 kilometres distant, so you can visit as frequently as you like to see as many of its sites as you wish.

Syracuse is a beautiful destination to visit. It is a melting pot of centuries of culture and history due to the numerous conquerors and settlers that have called Sicily home since around 730 BC. Because of its incredible history, there are several historic sites, monuments, and religious buildings to see, as well as a unique gastronomic culture!
