This tastefully renovated farmhouse looks out over the estate's vineyards, olive groves, and golf course, surrounded by beautiful countryside.

The villa has enough room for up to 16 guests to spread out among its substantial main house and a separate barn that has been turned into a stylish annexe. This property may be divided into three flats, each with its private entrance—two in the main house and one in the annexe.

The spectacular original characteristics throughout the casa, such as vaulted ceilings, brick archways, tiled floors, and stone walls, are present in each apartment, along with a fully furnished kitchen, dining area, and living area.

A tranquil outdoor location with views of the golf course, lush vegetation, grassy hillsides, and rosemary and lavender plants comes together to create a deliciously fragrant atmosphere.

A patio frames the magnificent swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, and there are numerous areas with shade where you may cool off. Eat breakfast in the sunlight on the covered terrace or bake some pizza in the outdoor oven before dining outside in the pleasant evening air and watching the estate fade into darkness.

The charming "borgo" village is located in the estate's centre. It is about a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the villa and has a historic castle, boutiques, and excellent dining options.

The estate offers a range of delightful hikes, and you can even explore the pristine countryside by horseback or bicycle. Tuscany's most prestige golf course is located on the estate, and tennis courts are also accessible.

Within a 15-minute drive of the home, the charming villages of Montaione and San Vivaldo offer mediaeval architecture and breathtaking vistas. San Gimignano, with its majestic towers and walled centre, and Certaldo, with its lovely structures and endearing palazzo, are other fantastic sites to explore.

The famed city of Florence, known for its art, beauty, and architecture, is only a little more than an hour's drive from the property.

A day trip to Pisa is fantastic, and it wouldn't be complete without viewing the city's famous Leaning Tower. Another beautiful city that has been given UNESCO World Heritage designation is Siena. Siena is rich in culture, art, and atmosphere.
