This typical family villa, which has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests, has a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The home's air-conditioned living room connects to a patio, and the kitchen, which features Gaggenau appliances, is of the best caliber.
The bedrooms are charming and warm; we particularly adore the upstairs king-size double suite with its lovely bathtub and private terrace.
With such expansive patios and beautiful gardens, you will undoubtedly spend the most of your time outside.
The swimming pool, which has a kid-friendly shallow portion called a "plage," will be enjoyed by the entire family, and the outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen and barbeque is perfect for gatherings with loved ones or friends.
The grounds' hectare is filled with the aromas and views of Provence in the height of summer, including olive trees and grand pines. In this calm retreat, you might even get the chance to select your own seasonal fruit.
So much of Provence is easily accessible, and it is close to a small medieval village with a Wednesday morning market.
Start in Les Alpilles, where you'll find picturesque towns like Eygalières and Les Baux-de-Provence, or travel along Van Gogh's route in creative Saint-Rémy.
Then travel to the Luberon's charming hilltop villages, from Ménerbes to Gordes, which are encircled by the most breathtaking orchards, vineyards, and woodlands.
Both regions provide a variety of chances for hikes, bike excursions, and horseback rides, as well as fine wines, extra virgin olive oils, and charming Farmers markets.
A little over 30 minutes away by automobile is the medieval city of Avignon; even closer is the busy market town of Cavaillon, known for its delicious summer melons and intriguing history.
Along with L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, which is a must on Sunday mornings when its beloved brocante is held, there are also opportunities for canoeing along the lovely Sorgue and lunch on a riverside patio.
