The owner has put all his love into renovating this old farmhouse over the past few years and has added some of his own personality from the brightly coloured shutters overlooking the swimming pool to the pieces of unique art dotted across the villa.
The ground floor is especially inviting with its vaulted ceilinged lounge and characterful kitchen-diner whilst upstairs you will find four simple but pretty bedrooms, each with their own en suite – the house also benefits from underfloor cooling.
Furthermore, an annexe bedroom offers extra space allowing villa to sleep up to 12 guests.
An extra guest can also sleep on the mezzanine level of one of the ground floor bedrooms.

Outside, a gorgeous swimming pool can be found alongside sun-loungers and ample space for al-fresco dining whilst a relaxing shaded terrace allows you to enjoy summer evenings together with a good bottle of Luberon wine.

It’s a great location as well – there’s a boulangerie within 2km and supermarkets a little further whilst the town of Cavaillon is less than a 10-minute drive away, famed for its rich heritage, bustling weekly market and annual melon festival.
Furthermore, the enchanting town of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is only 13km by car, a must on a Sunday morning with its atmospheric brocante.

The wonderful villages of the Luberon are waiting to be explored – Gordes, Ménerbes and Oppède le Vieux are around a 20-minute drive away. Heading west, the olive groves and forested hills of Les Alpilles are also easily reached with gems such as Saint-Rémy and Les Baux-de-Provence perfect for leisurely days out.
Not to mention the endless opportunities for walking, hiking or cycling past orchards, woodland, lavender fields, vineyards and other iconic scenes of Provence.
