The Villa is situated in Agios Kirikos in a beautiful setting, close to Zante Town, Kalamaki, Laganos, and a number of north coast destinations. It is incredibly simple to explore all that Zakynthos has to offer from this great location. The majority of the homes, businesses, and structures in Zante Town were rebuilt following the devastating earthquake in 1953. With a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, museums, and a castle at the top of the hill, it is today quite multicultural. Fantastic beaches, lovely caverns, and Turtle Island should not be missed are all nearby.

This magnificent villa has seven great bedrooms, each with their unique colour scheme, and six bathrooms. It is constructed across two stories. The main 60 square metre living area is open concept and has a wall of doors leading to the lovely patio and swimming pool. Natural light floods the living space, which has a contemporary kitchen at one end. It has a breakfast bar and is a nice gathering place. Dark wood, traditional furnishings, and an amazing panoramic view are featured in the living area. After a long day, visitors can relax in front of the smart television. At all times of the day, but particularly at sunrise and sunset, the estate's vineyards are stunning. The home has four large bedrooms, each with a lovely en suite bathroom, all located on the same level. The bedrooms include a variety of gentle colours, including two soft pinks, one beige, and one green. The bedrooms have cosy kingsize beds, a sloping ceiling with beams, and stunning views out the windows and doors.

Upstairs, accessible by a winding staircase, are three further bedrooms. One of them is a quaint double room with an attached bathroom. Another has a fantastic double bed, a balcony, and a ceiling that is really high. It has three single beds in the last room. A lavish family bathroom is shared by these two bedrooms. Beautiful tiles in very strong, modern patterns adorn every bathroom.

It features a magnificent 100 square metre infinity pool with open-air hydrotherapy as well as a shallow pool for kids. Luxury lounge chairs surround the pool, where you may relax, read, and top off your tan while on vacation. A wonderful view can be enjoyed while dining al fresco in the shade on the covered terrace. For delightful dinners around a gorgeous, hand-crafted wooden dining table, it has a built-in barbeque. You can enjoy stunning sunrises, colourful sunsets, and stargazing here together with the estate's enchanted ambiance. The shared tennis court has excellent lighting columns so you can play at any time of day, and there is equipment available. You are also free to use the villa's bicycles to travel along the 800-meter trail that winds through the entire vineyard for cycling and running. Playing on the lawns and gathering fruit from the orchard are two activities that kids really enjoy. In the vegetable garden, there are lovely, old olive trees as well as organic veggies. Wine tastings from the vineyard and olive oil samples from the estate's olive grove are also open to visitors.
