Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. These comfortably sleeps 8 guests. A travel cot is available on request. On this floor is also a shower room with toilet and washbasin.

In the large south facing garden is the 10m X 5m heated salt water pool. The pool is exclusive to the guests staying in the villa. Lots of sun beds and shaded seating areas are available. The driveway has parking for up to 4 cars.

The nearest town is Charroux about 3 miles, which has a small Coop supermarket, 2 boulangeries, bars, restaurants and banks. There is also a tourist information office there.
Savigne, about 5 miles, has bigger supermarkets, Intermarche and Aldi as well as bars etc.
Civray is about 8 miles and is a very picturesque town by a river and has markets twice a week. Lots of bars and cafes around the main square. On the outskirts of Civray are Lidl and SuperU.

Riuffec Is about 15miles away, has Lidl and E Le Clerc supermarkets as well as the usual bars and restaurants.

For larger towns there are Poitiers to the north and Angouleme to the south, both about an hours drive.

Lots of leaflets on local activities can be found in the house.
