The Villa is located on the edge of Mt. Cofano nature reserve, one of the most beautiful maritime protected areas of Sicily. If you are looking for a villa that will allow you to live near by unspoilt nature, and yet without giving up any comfort, this is perfect in every way.

The house accommodates up to 6 guests and features an elegant swimming pool 3m X 7m with sun loungers, that faces directly towards the beach, which is within also walking distance, and the area's characteristic rocky hills.

The decking and terrace areas surely are the best place to enjoy the panoramic views. The landscape is particularly evocative in the evening when the sun is going down into the sea. A breath taking setting for a late swim or a Sicilian style aperitivo.

The little garden is adorned by small Mediterranean plants, it features also a beautiful veranda, furnished with table and chairs, and with brick BBQ.

The villa is on one storeys. All the bathrooms are with shower king size. The livingroom includes a convertible sofa and a spare bed that can accommodate children or 2 additional guests. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

in an enviable position. Close to everything but quiet and peaceful. A lot of true nature and typical Mediterranean vegetation.

The villa stands near to the border of one of the most beautiful nature reserves of the island, the one at the foot of Mt. Cofano. The beach within the reserve is close to the house, you can reach it in a short walk. There you will find a quiet atmosphere, far from the crowded beaches and perfect to relax by the sea.

The property is next to the hamlet of Cornino, midway between Trapani and San Vito Lo Capo.
From the Villa you will easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches of the area, such as San Vito beach, Macari, or Cornino beach itself.

The whole Western coast is a sight, but if you are looking for more you can always hop on a ferry and visit the Aegadian islands: ferries, hydrofoil and catamaran depart from the port of Trapani frequently during the day.
