The location is a peaceful one close to the Wellswood area of the town and within easy reach of all the amenities of The English Riviera including Torquay harbour. Key visitor attractions such as Kent's Cavern is just a fifteen minute walk from the property.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the building and features a very spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows in a large bay window, a flame effect fire, sofa and arm chair and a dining area. The apartment has a compact but well equipped kitchen with a full sized fridge freezer as well as the usual appliances such as a hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave.
