Located 500 meters from the popular Levante beach, the urbanization has a swimming pool for adults and children and a paddle tennis court.
In front of the building, a popular open-air market is held every Wednesday and Sunday where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit.
The apartment has 100 M2, it is located on the 17th floor, facing south with sun all day, it has beautiful views of the sea and the city.
The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has two beds.
In a part of the terrace that is closed with glass windows and with shutters there are two trundle beds.
The capacity is six people.
The second bathroom has a walk in shower, bidet, WC and basin.
The kitchen is spacious and has all the comforts: ceramic hob with four burners, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pots and pans.
The living room has a large table and six chairs, a sofa and a cabinet with a TV with satellite channels with all the English channels.
The electricity expenses are not included, the cost per Kw. is 0.40 Cts., there is a counter in the apartment.
You have to leave a breakage deposit for 300 Euros at the arrival.
