The 2015 building is divided in 2 easily connectable apartments plus this studio, still offering you a lot of privacy. The building is surrounded by a beautifull garden. Amazing views on the Tiber valley, Bettona, Assisi and Perugia. The furniture is a combination of antiques and handmade furniture in warm Mediterranean colors.

The private infinity pool surrounded by olive trees, you are sharing with other guests of the house (if occupied). Depending of the time of the year different fruit trees can offer you fresh fruits.
