Alora also has many interesting shops selling everything from traditional Spanish pottery to post cards; supermarkets, chemists, fitness centre, swimming pool, tourist information Office, Theatre, banks and a Post office.

Alora has a stunning rural location for those visitors wanting a relaxing ‘get away from it all’ holiday, but also benefits from excellent road and rail links providing easy access to Malaga and the Costa del Sol for beach lovers; and El Chorro (Caminito del Rey) for those seeking more rural pursuits such as walking, climbing, cycling, quad biking or bird watching.
Malaga airport is approx. 30 mins by car. There is a good rail connection from Malaga airport to Alora (change at Victoria Kent), with a bus running from the railway station to the centre of Alora.
