Getting Around:
Close to the Aventura Mall, restaurants, and beaches, The Yacht Club occupies about 12 acres just across the east of the Turnberry Marina. The location of this property is along the important E Country Club Drive, in addition to its beautiful waterfront setting. While staying at The Yacht Club, you may want to visit some of the restaurants nearby, such as CviChe 105 (0.8 mi), Grand Lux Cafe (0.9 mi), Mo's Bagel (0.8 mi), and Deli (1.2 mi). If you are driving to the Yacht Club At Aventura, free parking is available.

  • Additional Guest Charges: We can accommodate up to 6 guests in our property at the base rate. If you plan to bring more than 6 people, there will be an additional charge of $85 per guest, per night (MAX OCCUPANCY IS 9 GUESTS).

  • PARKING: 1 parking space is included. FOR ADDITIONAL PARKING, A FEE OF $40 PER CAR, PER NIGHT APPLIES.

  • Guest Identity Verification: As part of our commitment to safety and security, we require the principal guest to complete our verification process, which includes signing an online rental agreement. Additionally, we require the principal guest to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) during the booking process. If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored and subsequently the reservation will be cancelled.

  • Guest Registration Form: You will be asked to complete a guest registration form. This helps us ensure that your stay is personalized and tailored to your needs. It also aids us in providing assistance during your visit.

  • Primary guest minimum age: The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 21.

  • Security Deposit: Guest shall pay a security deposit of $200 (two hundred dollars) to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or violation of House Rules or Terms and Conditions. We will process the refund to the original card, which may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned.

  • Noise Monitoring System: To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all, our property features a noise alert monitoring system. Please rest assured that there is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring inside the unit. We respect your privacy. Keep in mind that excessive noise that crosses property lines at an unreasonable volume is prohibited within the city, as per the City Noise Ordinance. We ask all our guests to be mindful of their noise levels and be considerate of our neighbors' peace and quiet.
