The Bella Vista has some of the most breath taking views looking down the Grand River Arm on Truman Lake and plenty of covered deck space to take it all in! The home is near a community boat ramp with swim area just down the hill, 5 min to Long Shoal Marina and Beach, or 10 min to the historic city of Warsaw. Harry S. Truman State Park is also nearby.

Perfect retreat for couples, fisherman, and small families. Boat parking available upon request. Sleeps 6 with two Queen bedrooms and two full size futons in the 180° Four Season Room overlooking the lake. Wildlife abounds here with deer grazing below the deck, fox love to come traipsing through, and so many turtles to be heard crunching through the leaves. Birds of all kinds can be seen singing from the treetops or munching at the stocked bird feeders.

This is a place for tranquility, relaxation, and time away from the hustle and bustle. Home has a strict guest count policy due to the limited water and septic systems. We do not allow the hosting of parties or events in an effort to respect the beauty, peace, and quiet of this area. You won’t have atv’s or golf carts running down the street all day like many lake communities as we are towards the end of a dead end road. We recommend for children 12 and up and no pets or animals are permitted.
