Villa Lagoa is a 2-storey semi-detached villa of recent construction and excellent quality, with thermal insulation, hot water system with solar energy and air conditioning in all areas.

The plot is completely fenced and surrounded by cypress trees and a gate leads to the entrance and a private parking space.

The ground floor consists of a bright living / dining room with an open and fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and, in addition to the kitchen, there is a utility room with a washing machine. Large sliding glass doors lead to the terrace with table and chairs for cookouts, the brick barbecue and the pool area.

The private pool of 6.4 x 4 x 1.45 / 1.55 m. Its disinfection is carried out with an automatic salt water electrolysis system. It is clad in pleasant blue mosaics with Roman steps and a bench. The area is surrounded by a large garden / solarium with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas. There is also an outdoor shower that uses solar energy to heat the water.

The upper floor has three bedrooms: one with a 1.50 x 1.90 m bed. en suite bathroom, air conditioning and panoramic views, a room with two beds of 0.90 x 1.90 m with air conditioning and a large solarium terrace overlooking the pool area, and a children's room with two beds of 0.80 x 1.80 m. also with air conditioning. There is another full bathroom with a shower for these rooms.

The location of Villa Lagoa is ideal, just 5 minutes from the city ​​center, without traffic or noise. Walking you can also reach the nearest supermarket.

It is only a 5-10 minute from the beautiful beaches of Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena, which have all the amenities for family beaches: showers, toilets, bars, lifeguards and are suitable for young children.

Area Description:

Cala d’Or is a resort area on the southeast coast of the Spanish island of Mallorca (Majorca). It’s known for its yacht marina along Cala Llonga. The shores are dotted with pine-fringed coves, including the main beach, Cala Gran. On a hilltop to the north, the medieval Santueri Castle overlooks S’Horta village and the coastline. To the southwest, Mondragó Natural Park is rich in birdlife, including shags and ospreys.
