It's location means it is an ideal base from which to explore all that the English Riviera has to offer. It is extremely close to key bus routes which means guests can leave the car behind and explore the area on foot or by using public transport.

The property itself was built in 2001 and was then fully refitted in 2021 so now it is a luxury holiday rental that can accommodate up to six guests. On the ground floor there is an open plan living space featuring a beautiful modern kitchen equipped with all the things guests on a self catering break could possibly need. There is a dining area and a lounge area with two sofas. Free WIFI is included and there is a SMART TV so guests can access their streaming services. On this floor too there is a cloakroom.

On the first floor, there is a beautiful tranquil double bedroom which overlooks the rear of the property whilst at the front there is a twin room with two single beds. Each bedroom has a TV and there is plenty of storage with wardrobes and chests of drawers. The first floor also has the family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

On the second floor is the master bedroom which runs the full length and width of the property and which has a decadent king size bedstead. There is also a sofa and TV here plus a dressing table/desk. The bedroom also has and esnuite shower room.
