Security deposit
€1500 paid via a direct link to the property manager one week before arrival and refunded 48 hours after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time
4 pm. For arrivals between 7pm - 9am, there will be a supplement charge to be paid directly to the property manager in cash. Please liaise with the property manager prior to arrival to organise this.

10 am.

Please note that a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking is within 12 weeks of departure).
Disturbing neighbours with music or noise is not permitted. Parties are strictly prohibited at all properties. If the police are called to the villa, the client will be responsible for any consequences or legal action against the property.
Changeover day
Saturday in peak season. Flexible the rest of the year.
End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Smoking Allowed?
Smoking and Vaping are not permitted.

Please note that if the keys to the property are lost, then a charge of €100 will be applied to replace them.

Tax
Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 (from May to October) per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival to Oliver's Travels. This amount lowers to €0.55 during November to April.
