Rena's Hospitality walk to the beach, 10min. to Chania
Our house is located in Kato Daratso 5klms west from the center of Chania only 300 meters from some of the most beautiful beaches! Quiet neighborhood, roomy apartment, unobstructed view!
Our neighbourhood has the advantage to be near all necessery facilities (parks, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes, transportation e.t.c.). At the same time it's in a quiet residential street! The historical Venetian harbour is 10' minutes by car or by bus (the bus stop is 50 meters from the house)! The house is "surrounded" by the most beautiful sandy organised or not, lagoon beaches of Chania! Each day you can choose a different one! All of them are within walking distance! (5'-10' minutes!).
Rest and relaxation hours 15:00/15:30-17:00/17:30 and 22:30/23:00-07:00/07:30.

Visitors are allowed only if you notify me 24h before check in.
In case visitors decide to stay for a night there is an extra charge or cancellation of the reservation in case we are not notified about it even via text message.
Rental permit regulations require registration of all guests and visitors.

If there is a change in the number of persons of the reservation remember to send us an update prior to check in.
Unnamed guests / visitors are subject to additional charge else it is at the discretion of the host to cancel the reservation.
