This beautifully presented 5/6 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with its own pool is located in the vibrant and idyllic town of El Galan. This is a lovely large villa with plenty of space inside and out. We have a private pool and lots of outside seating for you to enjoy. Take advantage of the poolside area, or separate gated lounge area away from the pool. In addition, feel free to use the built-in BBQ. Upon entrance into the villa, you have a large living and dining space with an open plan kitchen. First floor boasts a double bedroom and a bathroom, WC with shower facilities. Within the basement, there are a further three bedrooms. One with a double bed and futon, the second with two single beds and the third contains a sofa bed and single bed. There is also bathroom, WC and shower amenities. The top floor of the villa has two double bedrooms. both rooms have patio doors leading to the large balcony, where 4 sun loungers are provided. The top floor also has a bathroom which includes WC, bath and shower. In addition, access to the rooftop solarium, which has outstanding sea views and 2 sun loungers. Furthermore, a separate study/office room is provided.
This Villa is ideal for quick access to several amazing restaurants, bars, shops, and other amenities. These are just a few minutes walk away. Situated in the area of Orihuela Costa, this property is in between Villa Martin and La Fuente. Only a short distance from the villa are the 3 x 18-hole championship golf courses - Las Ramblas, Campoamor and villa Martin. You have an amazing coastline on your doorstep with fantastic blue flag beaches of Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Cala Capitan and La Zenia which are just a 10-minute drive away. Some of these fantastic beaches offer great boat trips and water sports. To get to these fabulous beaches I would recommend you use public transport, hire a car or grab a taxi. There is plenty of parking on the road outside the villa.There is lots going on for both adults and children, with water parks, fun fairs, horse riding, archery, mini golf, bowling and soft play etc.There is a great selection of markets close by which are held weekly in Cabo Roig, Torrevieja and Playa Flemenca.
