The villa consists of a central building with two bedrooms, large living room, full equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, and a lower floor consisting of a second living room with sofa bed for two more sleeps, which serves as a third bedroom, since it is totally independent of the context; on the lower floor there is a third bathroom plus the unique spa (bookable separately).

The villa features a beautiful swimming pool( length 16 m x 6 m width) with relaxation areas with loungers in the garden, barbecue, bowling green. The fourth bedroom is located in a Typical trullo, located in the premises of the villa, with an independent entrance and privacy, consisting of: double bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and outdoor area with equipped veranda and Jacuzzi.

Gallipoli is at a stone's throw, with its beaches just 6/7 km from the villa (Punta Pizzo Natural Park).
