Estoi Vistas is a five-bedroom colonial-style villa with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the lights of nearby towns at night. Situated at the end of a cypress-lined driveway, this single-storey, colonial-property is surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with tropical plants, palms, and fruit trees to create an escape into nature. Just a 15/20 minute from Faro and the Algarve beaches, and five from Estoi’s historic centre – the villa offers quick access to golden beaches, world-class golf, and the Ria Formosa Natural Park.

A combination of contemporary and authentic materials provides Estoi Vistas with a distinctive character, including artful touches to decoration. The villa is comprised of colourful bedrooms, four bathrooms, and open-plan living spaces flooded with natural light. Features such as a modern kitchen, sound system, games room with snooker, and a pétanque court make it ideal for families or groups.

Outside, a private pool, dining terrace, and barbecue set the scene for memorable days in the sun. Whether relaxing out on the terrace or exploring nearby cultural sites like the Palacio de Estoi or Roman ruins, guests enjoy both privacy and proximity at Estoi Vistas.

Estoi Vistas sits in peaceful countryside, just five minutes from the historic town of Estoi and fifteen from Faro. It’s a quiet yet well-connected base, with easy access to beaches, nature reserves, and cultural landmarks. Estoi itself offers Roman ruins, the grand Palacio de Estoi, and a handful of local cafés and shops perfect for low-key outings.

Several beaches are within easy reach, including Fuzeta, Garrao and Quinta do Lago, while boat trips to the islands of Armona, Culatra and Farol make for memorable days by the sea. The Ria Formosa Nature Reserve – home to diverse birdlife and striking landscapes – is close by and well worth exploring.

Tavira’s riverside charm and Olhao’s bustling markets are both just 20 minutes away. Golfers have top-tier courses like Monte Rei and Quinta do Lago within a short drive. For a slower pace, Faro’s atmospheric Old Town is ideal for an afternoon or evening wander.

Security deposit
€500 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Other Ts and Cs
Two weeks minimum stay in May and September.

Garden and pool maintenance. Gardener 3 times a week. Pool cleaning 1 or 2 times a week. (Please note: personnel will enter the property at their own discretion)

The local property manager will send you a registration form to be complete, with all travellers/guests details, before your arrival date.
Please ensure this form is complete at least one week before your arrival in resort.

Changeover day
Saturday.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Smoking Allowed?
Not permitted.

Minimum stay
7 nights during July & August - 14 nights during May & September.

Heating costs included?
Yes, included in the rental price.

Tax
Tourist Tax of €2 per person per night for over 13's (max. 7 nights) is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct from the supplier. Please note that this amount is only applicable for bookings from 01/04 to 31/10. The tax will lower to €1 for bookings from 01/11 to 31/03.
