In the heart of the Otranto - Santa Maria di Leuca Natural Park, immersed in a unique and enchanting naturalistic area, there is a graceful sea view complex consisting of three terraced houses: the first house is called Rosetta, Casa Mony is the second one, the last is solution is Casa Roberta. The complex is fascinating precisely for its strategic position which dominates a part of the Adriatic coast and is embellished with luxuriant vegetation that almost envelops the entire structure. The houses enjoy convenient shared parking and a beautiful rock side staircase that leads to each individual solution.
Casa Mony, as mentioned, is the second home immediately after the Rosetta house. The house has a lovely terrace overlooking the sea furnished with table, deck chairs and a nice brick barbecue. Inside there is an air-conditioned and bright kitchen thanks to the windows overlooking the sea equipped with a double sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a private bathroom with a comfortable shower. Finally, another bathroom with shower box.
Also available is the roof (from which you can enjoy a 180 ° panoramic view) divided by a booth to have privacy and confidentiality with the guests of the last house who can only use the other half of the terrace. This outdoor area can be reached via a staircase.
