This 3 Bedroom Deluxe Townhouse sits at the heart of the Pine Cliffs Resort, an exclusive holiday resort on Portugal’s south coast. Atop dramatic red sandstone cliffs, you’ll be right at home on this luxurious 179-acre playground. Beneath the resort is the idyllic Praia do Barranco das Belharucas, a peaceful beach with beautiful golden sands and calm blue waters. While the beach is located at the foot of the cliffs, Pine Cliffs Resort is still suitable for guests of all accessibility levels as an elevator service is provided between the resort and the beach.

Pine Cliffs Resort greatly benefits from its set-back location, keeping it free from the lively atmosphere of the beachfront, allowing you to relax and unwind in peace and quiet. If you do wish to head into town however, your nearest one is affectionately called ‘Beach Town’ by the locals. Just a 10 minute drive away from Pine Cliffs Resort, you’ll find shops, bars and restaurants to explore. In the surrounding area you have your choice of beaches and walking trails as well as
the property is ideally located between Vilamoura, 15 minutes East, and Albufeira, 20 minutes west. Both destinations offer plenty to do away from your resort, with Albufeira being the capital of the Algarve and full of historic sights to see. Vilamoura is more of a traditional holiday resort, with lots of activities you can get involved in.

To get to the townhouse, your nearest airport is Faro which is around 35 minutes away by car.

End of stay cleaning available?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Tax
