With outstanding living space laid out over three floors, the interior features many original traditional Mallorquin designs including some beautiful encaustic floor tiles, old doors and large shuttered windows. It is also big enough to accommodate two families comfortably.

The ground floor is made up of fantastic entertaining and family space with a large dining area, an open fire place, a sitting room, a big, well equipped kitchen and generally lots of areas to sit and relax.

Upstairs on the first floor there are seven bedrooms all with en suite facilities (five shower rooms and two bathrooms). All rooms have zip linked beds which can be configured as doubles or twin beds. From this floor there is access out to a wonderful roof terrace, a perfect sun trap, from which there are lovely views over Pollensa and the ancient Pollensa bull ring.

At the top of the house there is a very large studio room – perfect to host meetings or to use as a workroom.

Throughout the house there is air conditioning, free WiFi and abundant hot water supplied by solar panels on the roof.

The outdoor living is just as enchanting with a wonderfully private garden with dining area and a swimming pool. There is also a courtyard off of the kitchen which leads to the large garage, suitable for a small car and a TV room.
