Outside you will find the beachside pool with lounge chairs, hot tub, BBQ grill and beach access.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants. Monthly Minimum Rentals. \'No Broken Months allowed\' 14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00 Additional online background check \'$65 per person\' to be completed by tenants. NO PETS \'Strictly enforced by the Condo Association\' No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit No Parties. No Trailers. Check-in is after 4pm Check-out is before 10am
