Villa Stela, is a place near the amazing towns Trogir or Split a relaxing, comfortable modern villa with a spacious swimming pool, is located in a quiet private street in the center of Kastel Novi, 5 minutes walk to the beautiful coast, numerous beaches, promenades, and restaurants.

The spacious, fully fenced garden, surrounded by lush Mediterranean plants, fruits, and flowers, provides privacy and social dislocation.

Space is dominated by a pool of 35 m2 with a special part for hydromassage for 4 people. Next to it, there are spacious terraces with deck chairs for relaxation, two dining and relaxation areas, and an outdoor fireplace.

The interior of the villa consists of 4 rooms, 3 rooms with double beds, and one with two single beds. Out of the 3 bathrooms, one is with a spa bath, washing machine, and two with showers. Spacious, comfortable living room together with dining room and kitchen (and with basic equipment) is equipped with coffee makers, kettle, microwave, and dishwasher.
For extra people, a double sofa bed located in the living room or two folding rollaway beds can be used.

A special attraction the residence offers is a room of 50 m2 with billiards, 9-inch Brunswick, darts, table football, intended for socializing and entertainment for all generations.

The living and sleeping areas are air-conditioned with free wireless internet, which is available throughout the house and by the pool. The villa is suitable for families with children and comfortably accommodates 8-10 people.

Parking is provided for 3 cars.

Additional facilities include an upright Yamaha piano, a children's playhouse, a baby swing, and a mobile table tennis table.
A baby cot and a high chair are available for the little ones.
The building is partially adapted for people who need aids for movement because along the terrace there are one to two stairs that can be bridged.

A spacious supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and tennis courts are 100 meters from the house. A local bus stop for Trogir or Split is 50 meters from the house.
The Kastela Riviera is more than 10 km long and is ideal for walking, cycling, and enjoying the fresh sea air.
Many other attractions are up to an hour’s drive from the house

According to the wishes and cooperation with the owner, private piano evenings, tennis matches or lessons can be organized at the nearby tennis center with an instructor, excursions and boat tours, and transportation from the airport.
