Vila Ray Design has a modern decoration offering luxurious comfort, equipped with TV, Netflix, Ping Pong table, WIFI internet, Heatable pool and air conditioning.

Vila Ray Design is composed of 3 bedrooms, on the ground floor the living room with a kitchen in open space, a private terrace, garden and heated swimming pool.
One bedroom with one double bed and a bathroom.
The terrace, next to the living room, has an excellent area for socializing and access to the BBQ.
On the first floor, one bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom and access to the balcony.
The second bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony.
The house is bright, large and airy with a living area of 156m2.
Inside the property, there is a private space to park a car.

Please note that construction work is going on in the area from (08:00) to (18:00) from Monday to Friday the pool area may be affected by noise.

Pool heating has an extra cost of 250 euros per stay.
Please request the pool to be heated at the time of the booking as the pool takes 85h to heat to a maximum temperature of 28º.

Cleaning and disinfection of the house complying with all the security and protection rules in relation to the virus.
Disinfectant available.

Nightly disturbances caused by the guests are prohibited: between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
The guests must respect the neighbour's rest night and not cause any problems or noise!
Also, during the day, music, if played outside the home, should be kept at a normal level.
Not suitable for young groups, the villa cannot be rented to a young group of adults under 25. It's for families and couples only!
