Ocean Villa, Golf del Sur

This self-catering villa finished off to a high standard for up to six people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Looks out to the golf course and towards the Atlantic Ocean and Montana Roja. Just a three-minute walk to community pools and sunbathing. Newly fitted air conditioning in the living area and bedrooms provided (Chargeable). Beautiful views over the 6th Fairway of the golf course and views of the highest mountain in Spain “Mount Teide”. Sun all day on the large private patio and garden, ideal for sunbathing in privacy. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. There are sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use.

Bedroom one has a super king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, dressing table, backlit mirror, and a window with shutters. Bedroom one also has air conditioning, hairdryer and safe. Bedroom two has two single beds which can be made into a super king on request, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and lamp, dressing table and mirror and air conditioning and a patio door with Aluminum shutters. leading to the terrace with fantastic views of the golf course and the ocean. Bedroom Three has two single beds, bedside table + lamp, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, air conditioning and windows and Aluminum shutters. The now new very spacious Family Bathroom, providing a walk-in shower, and Separate Bath with handheld shower, ideal for little ones, vanity basin unit, WC, large over lit mirror and light well.

The Second Bathroom provides a walk-in shower, WC, vanity basin unit with over lit mirror and window.

The living and Kitchen Area has two leather sofas, 55-inch Smart TV with many channels including films, sports channels and much more, super-fast Wi-Fi hub and a Bluetooth sound bar speaker. The living area also has air conditioning, large sliding patio doors and shutters that lead out to the spacious garden patio with spectacular views. The dining area has a table and chairs that seat six people. The kitchen is brand new and fully fitted with a light well, a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, extra under counter drinks fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric induction hob and fan oven, plus filtered water, reducing the need to use bottled water. The garden/ patio has a built-in Barbecue + outdoor sink. You will enjoy a large tiled private terrace with artificial grass not overlooked by neighbouring villas. An exterior shower and four sunbeds as well as a table and six chairs complete the patio area for al fresco dining.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
