The Beach House

The Beach House, refurbished in June 2024 , boasts an outstanding location that offers tranquility and peace, tucked away from the main road in a quiet residential area of Costa Teguise. This private holiday villa provides a wonderful option for couples, families or groups of friends, accommodating up to four adults, with children welcome provided they respect the Silent Zone in the pool area.
Tastefully appointed in a chic and contemporary style, the villa is bright, comfortable and inviting. Best of all, Las Cucharas beach is just a short stroll away, with restaurants, shops and everything you need for a relaxing holiday close at hand, meaning there is no need to rent cars or transport as everything is on your doorstep. 

Located on the ground floor of the villa is the first bedroom, furnished with two single beds, together with a spacious bathroom featuring a corner bath, twin sinks, and a hairdryer. The master bedroom, complete with an en-suite shower-room, can be found on the first floor.
The villa features an open-plan kitchen/diner, equipped with all necessary amenities, such as a sizeable refrigerator, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and a separate utility area, which contains a washing machine.
The comfortable lounge, accessed via three steps, leads directly onto the private solar-heated plunge pool surrounded by a wooden decking. A further flight of stairs leads to the enclosed roof terrace and furnished with a BBQ, al-fresco dining space, and sun-loungers and offering magnificent sea views.

As the Beach House is situated within a peaceful residential neighbourhood, we ask guests to be considerate of the surrounding homes, particularly in the evening. To help maintain the peaceful atmosphere, we ask that the pool area and roof terrace are kept quiet after 21:00. This allows everyone to enjoy the villa while respecting the tranquillity of the neighbourhood.

The villa also offers fast, complimentary Wi-Fi for guests to use throughout their stay.
While the villa does not have air conditioning or central heating, fans or electric heaters are available on request to ensure your comfort year-round.

Just a short stroll from the villa, the newly completed Nua Shopping Centre is located on the beachfront at Playa Las Cucharas. Once open, it is expected to feature a selection of restaurants, bars and boutique shops, adding even more choice and convenience to the area. The centre is currently not yet open to the public.

NB: All accommodations are non-smoking, we ask guests to smoke outside. A fee of up to 500 Euros applies to smoking inside. This charge covers the costs associated with removing cigarette smoke from soft furnishings, rugs, yurt linings and bedding.

The oldest village on the island "Teguise" is only 15 mins away by car, there you can take a stroll through the meandering lanes and watch local artists at work or visit the Sunday Market.
