Brand new, the villa itself is immaculate, with stylish, modern interiors that take influence from contemporary styles. Designed by one of Thailand’s finest architects, Khun Navachon Suksawat, this visually stunning property takes full advantage of the breath-taking views, with floor-to-ceiling windows that draw the scenery inside the villa’s walls. In fact, five of the six bedrooms on offer enjoy sea views, whilst the sixth has its own private terrace. Each offers its own private balcony and en-suite bathroom, giving you all the privacy, you need to enjoy moment alone or as a couple, re-energising for another day exploring this magical location.
The villa’s main living areas are a blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, with a sea of glass that often blurs the boundaries between the two. Every corner of the indoor space is bright and airy, with an open-plan layout that makes the room feel even more spacious. At over 100 square meters, the room features a huge open-plan living, dining and kitchen with a seated bar. Blending polished surfaces with soft seating, the space works just as well for intimate evenings as it does for large parties.
Outside, everything draws you towards the blue azure of the sea. With an infinity pool, sunken seating, integral Jacuzzi and plenty of sun loungers for you to admire the views from. The garden has been carefully landscaped, softening the modern edges of the villa’s design. Villa Karon is located on Phuket's famous Cape Panwa peninsula. Sitting directly on the beachfront, this contemporary property has access to some of the most beautiful views on the island, with its garden leading right onto the white sandy shore and on to the crystal blue sea beyond.
Surrounded by beautiful islands, the peninsula is known as the gateway to the islands of southern Phuket, with Phi Phi Island and Koh Racha almost within touch.
To access the property, you must drive down a private road, offering access only to Villa Karon and the two adjacent villas, Villa Pa Tong and Villa Wichit. You have the option to rent all three if you have a large party, or you can enjoy the privacy of your own one. All three of the villas are located in the centre of Ao Yon Bay.
Ao Yon beach is picturesque and sheltered, perfect as it is, therefore, one of the only beaches on Phuket that offers you the chance to swim all year round and also making it safe for children to enjoy as well. Due to the only access being private roads, the beach is much quieter and more exclusive than most, with no touts or noisy tourist to disrupt the peace and tranquillity.
You have the option of a private chef during your stay, dining on your seafront terrace and listening to the sounds of the sea just a few meters away. If you choose to dine out, then there are over fifty local restaurants for you to choose from, including the famous Beach Bar with tables on the beach. The Brasserie on the Beach is well worth a visit, just 50 meters from the villa’s front door and serving up the island’s best seafood, steaks and international fair.
For a bit more of a lively atmosphere, Phuket Town is just 10-15 minutes away. With an array of bars, restaurants, vibrant markets and designer shops, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle, heading back to your private villa when you need a rest. Phuket’s famous night market is well worth a visit during your stay, the perfect place to pick up some gifts and memorabilia to take home with you.
