Our villa has the Tourist licence registration number required for legal renting. so you can book with confidence.
The villa sleeps up to six people + 1 infant. A cot and high chair are available at no extra charge.
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, a short walk to local shops, supermarket and bars and a short drive to Moraira town and beach.
To the side of the property there is a privately owned pool with shower room / toilet and around the villa are areas of garden and patio including a BBQ area.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and a private pool available with or without child safety fence, it is fully equipped with a modern kitchen. There is Air conditioning / heating throughout. Free Wi-Fi, smart TV with subscription paid Netflix, Spanish TV, DVD player, Wii games console and selection of games and Free to view satellite TV (some of the free to view channels are, bbc1, itv1, itv2, e4, more4, citv, pop, tiny pop, pop girl, 501 etc).
Both main bedrooms have TV's with free to view sky channels and Spanish TV.
Bathroom 1 with shower, wash basin and toilet is located in the Hall.
En-suite shower and wash basin is located in Bedroom 2.
Bathroom 3 (shower room / toilet) is located to the rear of the downstairs garage and not in the main part of the house and can be used as an extra bathroom or for pool use.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless sink and drainer, fridge, built in cooker with hob above, dishwasher, plus all pots, crockery and cutlery. Lounge/Diner with table and 6 chairs, 2 x two seater sofa, Smart TV with free to view satellite, Netflix, Spanish TV, DVD player and selection of films.
Free WI-FI. Air conditioning throughout.

For the safety of children the villa now has fully compliant pool safety fencing which is removable so the villa can be booked with or without it at no extra cost.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Nearby you will find tennis courts, golf course, scuba diving centre and sailing school.
Out of high season, booking is for sole use of complete property but 2 people rental price is for one bedroom. 3/4 people is for 2 bedrooms. 5/6 people is for 3 bedrooms.
