Premium 5 Bed, 4 Bath Villa w/ private Pool, Only 15 mins to Disney gates!

Calabay Gold is in the private, prestigious, secure and mature community of Calabay Parc, 15 minutes from Disney, close to all major highways, restaurants and shopping. The Villa is in a secure community and is monitored 24/7 with 23 video cameras located throughout the complex for your added security.

The house is perfect for guests up to 6 adults and 4 children. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard you will not be disappointed with our home. Our Villa utilizes self check-in using a keypad on the front door, so you are able to check-in without hassle.

The villa also has Free Wi-Fi Internet access.

The large pool and one of the largest pool decks in Calabay Parc will provide you lots of time in the sun, and also has a large overhang where you can enjoy a nice meal after a day of fun. The pool features a color changing light and the pool lanai is strung with lights for enjoyment after dark. The pool can be heated in the winter months.

The Villa has no rear neighbours and provides a great outlook onto private grass which is boarded by a high wall for added privacy. With the completely screened pool you'll get plenty of sunshine all day long. Enjoy some time out of the sun sipping cool beverages at the patio table under the spacious covered lanai area with ceiling fan. With easy access to area attractions and shopping...… 5 mins to Publix, 10 mins to Walmart.

We are able to accommodate an additional infant in a pack and play and a small child on an air mattress.

Calabay Parc is a quiet neighborhood. Calabay Gold Villa is set well within the community so that there is no traffic noise. The entrance and neighbourhood are video-monitored for security.

We really enjoyed our stay the villa was very clean and very well kept had lots of space and facilities, only thing I would suggest if a family like us we like to Hoover and clean as much as we can but there wasn’t much cleaning supplies available. An excellent stay!! Our host was superb... we booked just before the COVID Pandemic, had to change dates twice 2 years on the trot. As being UK citizens we could not enter the USA. Once we were allowed to take our holiday, the host was so supportive and accommodating to fit us in - and not charging any more as its was in school holiday time.

An amazing two weeks in this two storey heaven. The villa really made our holiday. We have been staying in villas in Orlando for 15 years and Calabay Gold is by far the best. The gofer turtles at the end of the garden were an unexpected bonus!
