We present this incredible property located in the center of the island of Mallorca. This beautiful house, with a garden and pool and its views of the beautiful landscape of the island offers you not only tranquility but also a lot of space and comfort. The farm is perfect for spending the long days of the hot summer in its pool or watching the sunsets on its terrace. Due to its position it will be easy to reach all the coastal areas, be it Palma, Andratx, Calas de Mallorca or Alcúdia. Being in the center in just 30 minutes by car you can reach these areas. The farm is quite large and spacious, both its exterior land and the house inside. Don't be fooled by its thick walls, as there is still a lot of natural light inside the house and these keep it cool. In the outdoor area we find furniture where you can rest or have lunch/dinner in the fresh air and a pool where you can cool off. Inside we find period decoration with comfortable and cozy furniture. The farm has three bedrooms in total, all three with double beds. It has a total capacity for 6 people. It also has a fast Internet connection that ensures your digital connection with friends and family. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need for your stay and has enough space to move around. They can also celebrate tasty lunches and dinners on the outdoor barbecue, right next to the house. The three bathrooms are equipped, two with a shower and the other with a bathtub, towels will be provided during your stay as well. There is air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and a hair dryer so you don't have to bring your own. You can park up to 4 vehicles inside the property, completely fenced. By renting this beautiful finca, you will get a little piece of paradise at the gates of the small town of Inca in the heart of Mallorca. As we have mentioned before, from here, the northeastern beaches can be easily reached by car. You can also make the necessary purchases quickly and easily in the large supermarkets in neighboring Inca. Once a week, you can also find one of the most beautiful and largest weekly markets on the island here. We recommend going along the coast of Alcúdia and Pollença, as there are beautiful beaches where you can enjoy on the hottest days of summer.
