Villa Anecs

This magnificent villa will surprise you with its unbeatable location
as it is located a few meters from the sea. Only 80 meters separate it
from one of the loveliest beaches in the north, the area of Playa de
Muro, characterized by its fine sand and waves.

The house is built on one floor, where the access we have a wide
terrace with porch area that borders the property. There is also an

we find the washing machine and dishwasher. It also has an outdoor
bathroom consisting of shower and sink.

The entrance door with beautiful Mallorcan style, leads to the living
room - dining room with comfortable and classic furniture, with
satellite TV. From there, you can also access the porch equipped with
outdoor furniture, which invites us to have breakfast or dine outdoors
at sunset.

At the rear, we have a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave,
coffee maker and other accessories for cooking as well as a broad ideal
for storing buying storage.

In the night area, we have three comfortable bedrooms with twin beds,
air conditioning and windows overlooking the terrace bordering the
house. In addition to a bathroom with tub and sink.

From the property, we can easily and in a short walk to get to many
