Villa Ca S'Anglès

This Villa is situated in a residential area close to the town of Alcudia, called Es Barcares. In this area we can find supermarkets, and restaurants, as well as beautiful beaches. The highlight is the wonderful swimming pool, which is located directly next to the house, with gently sloping stairs leading down to the refreshing water. You can relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers by the pool to warm up for a while, and you can also relax on the soft outdoor sofas, or prepare a delicious barbecue for your family, also available near the pool. Your holiday home is not only in excellent condition, but also exudes a soothing brightness. Everything radiates a pleasant feeling of calm and openness, you will feel right at home! The interior of the house has modern and pleasantly colourful furnishings that create a very stylish ambience. There is a dining area that offers a cosy and sophisticated atmosphere for perfect meals. In the kitchen you will find enough space for everything you need, so there will be nothing to get in the way when it comes to cooking. It is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils/kitchenware, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. There are 3 bedrooms in total, divided into a double room with double bed and two rooms with two single beds each. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The bathroom offers space for all guests and is equipped with attractive fixtures, fittings and a walk-in shower. There is air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer available in the house, so there is no need to bring your own, towels will also be provided during your stay. The house has a fast internet connection which ensures your digital connection with friends and family. The nearest town is Alcúdia, a town with a beautiful and interesting old town with a lot of history and modernised buildings, very much in keeping with the coastal scenery that this area of Mallorca has to offer. There is a wide variety of restaurants of all kinds, from luxurious and exclusive to familiar and everyday. The nearest beaches that we recommend you to visit are: Alcúdia beach itself, S'illot, Playa de Sant Joan.... The beach of Aucanada is also worth a visit, as well as its exclusive golf club, with its restaurant where we recommend lunch or dinner.
