Set in the beautiful countryside of Le Marche, this stunning historic villa enjoys panoramic views that can be admired in complete privacy. Surrounded by nature and overlooking the sea, it offers a peaceful retreat where guests can relax by the infinity pool while taking in the breathtaking scenery. Despite its tranquil setting, the beach, charming villages, and several restaurants are all within easy reach.

Dating back to the late 17th century, the villa is rich in character and was once used as a hunting lodge. Carefully restored, it showcases original stone walls, travertine marble floors, and elegant archways, balanced with large windows that flood the interiors with natural light. Rustic details blend seamlessly with contemporary furnishings, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere where old meets new.

The property is made up of four separate apartments and can accommodate up to 18 guests, making it ideal for large groups who value both shared spaces and privacy. Each apartment features its own fully equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Outdoors, the villa truly shines. Guests can swim in the infinity pool, unwind on sun loungers, or gather in the outdoor kitchen complete with a stone pizza oven. The garden is perfect for children to play, while evening meals enjoyed under the stars are enhanced by a softly lit fountain.

Located between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine Mountains, the area is perfect for beach days, hiking, and discovering hilltop towns and the dramatic landscapes of Monti Sibillini National Park.

Le Volte is set in the beautiful countryside of Le Marche, just 2km from a charming village and the Adriatic coast. The nearby village offers a selection of restaurants and pizzerias serving local cuisine, along with a sandy beach backed by shops and gelato stalls—perfect for relaxed seaside days. Golf, tennis, and wine tasting are also available close by, while easy access to the Autostrada makes exploring the coastline simple.

The attractive town of San Benedetto del Tronto is well worth a visit, with its winding streets, historic buildings, fountains, and lively atmosphere. Highlights include the Torre dei Gualtieri, local museums, and the nearby Sentina Nature Reserve, ideal for long beach walks. For outdoor lovers, the Sibillini National Park offers dramatic mountain scenery and well-marked hiking trails.

Around 50 minutes away lies Ancona, the regional capital, with sandy beaches, a historic centre, and panoramic views from its hilltop cathedral. Framed by the Adriatic Sea and Apennine Mountains, Le Marche offers unforgettable landscapes and rich history.

Please note that all extras are subject to availability and must be requested in advance of the holiday (prices on request). Due to some rural/remote locations, not all services will be available at all properties. However, we will always do our best to fulfil your requests!

Security deposit
€500 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Yes, except air conditioning charged upon consumption.

Changeover day
Saturday. All other changeover days on request.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean and mid-stay cleaning are included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Strictly no smoking inside the villa.
