Lemon Tree Villa is a delightful two-bedroom villa in Agia Trias situated just 150 metres from the picturesque beach, harbour and church at Ayia Triada. It has delightful terrace with stunning views of Ayia Triada where you can watch the sunrise over the harbour in the morning.

The villa sleeps up to 6 adults. There are two bedrooms. One contains twin single beds and the other a double bed. The corner sofa converts into a double bed. There is also a travel cot, highchair and safety gate available for babies and toddlers.

The villa is ideally located in a picturesque, peaceful location yet within 3 minutes walking distance of a bank, chemist, bar, bakery and bus stop. Both the bar and bakery offer a great selection of take-away food at reasonable prices.

The villa is within 10 minutes walking distance of Kapparis' main shops, bars and restaurants. The nearby bus stop provides regular bus services to the lively resorts of Pernera, Protaras, Ayia Napa and Waterworld where guests can enjoy the nightlife and other attractions there. The local buses depart every 20 minutes, operate through the night during the summer months and are extremely reasonably priced.

Trinity Beach is just 150 metres away. Sunbeds and parasols are available to hire. The beach has toilets, changing rooms and showers. From the beach you can explore the little fishing harbour and visit the picturesque blue and white church. There is a beach cafe which provides a range of snacks, meals and drinks. Malama Cove and beach is just 600 metres away - a short stroll. Water sports are available there. There is also a cafe/bar with amazing views of the cove and beach. The cafe offers good food and live music during the summer months. Water sports are available at the beautiful Malama Beach in Kapparis which is just a 10-minute stroll away.

The villa is within ten minutes walking distance of Kapparis where you will find a selection of tavernas, restaurants and supermarkets. Kapparis is an open all-year-round resort.

The popular resorts of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa are only a 10 to 15-minute drive away. The local bus stop, a 2-minute walk away, means you can get to these places cheaply without the need to hire a car. Buses are scheduled to leave every 20 minutes for the nearby resorts.
