An adjacent queen bedroom opens to the same breezy terrace, while a third bedroom with twin beds that can convert to a king makes an ideal option for friends or children travelling together. The remaining three bedrooms are found within the guest cottage near the pool, offering a little extra privacy for those who appreciate their own space.

The villa sits within the prestigious Sugar Hill Resort Community, where guests enjoy access to a stylish clubhouse, acclaimed restaurant, two swimming pools and four championship tennis courts. These courts have hosted renowned players including Serena Williams and Caroline Wozniacki. The resort’s beach facility at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion is just a five minute drive away, while the renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Course lies only 1.1 kilometres from the villa. Security deposit
Damage insurance coverage provided at no additional cost up to the value of $3000. Any damage over this value will be charged to the guest.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
