Security deposit
$10,000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Please note that the beachfront at Godings Villa may change its shape and size from day to day, week to week and month to month. This is due to seasonal waves, currents and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur.

Changeover day
Flexible.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Smoking & Vaping is not permitted inside the villa.

Minimum stay
5 nights (Mid April - Mid December); 7 nights (Mid December - Mid April); 14 nights (Weeks that include Christmas and/or New Year).
