Set within the prestigious Royal Westmoreland estate, Villa Westmoreland offers a stylish Caribbean escape where contemporary design and relaxed island living come together effortlessly. Built from traditional coral stone and beautifully maintained throughout, this elegant two storey residence combines crisp white interiors with subtle tropical touches to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Tucked away at the end of a peaceful cul de sac, the villa enjoys a wonderful sense of privacy, with elevated views across lush gardens, the private swimming pool and the sparkling Caribbean Sea beyond.

Filled with natural light, the open plan living and dining space opens seamlessly onto a covered terrace designed for easy outdoor living, whether gathering for leisurely breakfasts or relaxed evening meals. A modern fully equipped kitchen sits just off the main living area and includes all the essential appliances needed for a comfortable stay. Guests also benefit from housekeeping, a dedicated villa manager and 24 hour security, while a complimentary seven seater vehicle makes exploring the island simple and convenient.

The villa’s three en suite bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across both floors, each offering comfort, privacy and direct access to the surrounding tropical setting. On the ground floor, the master suite and a twin bedroom both feature walk through closets and open directly onto the pool deck, inviting slow mornings in the sunshine. The master suite also includes both a separate bath and shower, while the second bedroom features a walk in shower. Upstairs, the third bedroom offers a queen size bed alongside its own en suite bathroom.

Although Royal Westmoreland membership is not included, guests are invited to enjoy the nearby Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, located just two kilometres away. Here, loungers and umbrellas await beside a beachfront restaurant and bar, providing the perfect setting for laid back days by the sea.

Villa Westmoreland does not offer membership at Royal Westmoreland however the villa does provide complimentary access to Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club (2km) Lounge chairs and umbrellas (Restaurant and bar available) and a 7-Seater Suzuki Ertiga.

Changeover day
Flexible.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay
5 nights (Mid April - Mid December); 7 nights (Mid December - Mid April); 14 nights (Christmas period, weeks that include Christmas and/or New Year).
