All the character of the old town of Pollensa is right on your doorstep – this delightful and unique town house overlooks the famous Calvario Steps with the old towns shops and restaurants on your door step.
Calvario House is set in an envious position part way up the famous 365 Calvari steps in Pollença old town. An excellent location with easy access to shops and restaurants. Its poolside terrace and swimming pool make an ideal setting to watch the world go by, the elevated position gives the terrace area a fantastic private setting and a superb location to enjoy the annual Easter Parade. Stylishly furnished to a high standard, the house has two bedrooms with direct access to the pool and terrace area. The dining/sitting room, with its cool white sofas, has open stairs to a little galleried double bedroom. A spiral staircase takes you to the top of the house, where the terrace is ideal for watching the sunset and evening dining. With ample bathrooms and cloakrooms, Calvario House is extremely comfortable for groups of friends or families with older children not suitable for children under 12 years. It is well situated with views over the old town of Pollensa and well equipped for easy living. The plaza major with its chic restaurants and pavement cafe bars can be reached within a few minutes from the house. The house has it´s own parking at the rear of the house.

Heating is charged extra locally, you will be charged for the amount of gasoil used during your stay, expect 15€ to 20€ per day during the colder months. These fees are charged and collected by the manager of the house who will meet you on arrival.
