The apartment sleeps 4 people and is ideal for couples and families. Transfer to and from Dalaman airport can be arranged. A 15-minute stroll or a 5-minute taxi ride brings you into Kalkan. Without doubt, the prettiest of the small resorts along the Lycian Coast. Built down the side of a deep valley, it’s narrow, bougainvillea-draped streets tumble into an attractive harbour. Every street has a wonderful array of upmarket shops and boutiques, while the many roof terrace restaurants provide the perfect end to another perfect day.
*Kitchen: Complete with oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, pine cupboards, microwave, toaster, and filter coffee maker. All cutlery, crockery, and glassware provided.
*Utility Room: Rear patio with large shaded, private area with extra pine storage cupboards housing washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes horse.
*Living Rooms: Large 3 seater sofa (day bed), with matching armchair, glass topped coffee table, and bookcase all in wrought iron. CD Player. Large half moon window with views of Kalkan Bay.
*Other: Large balcony with plenty of shade and a small garden sitting area. Matching table and chairs overlooking both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays.
*Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
*Amenities/Facilities: Large Pool.
*Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Hob/Stove, Iron, Oven, Washing Machine. Air Conditioning, Internet Access, Room Fans.
*Accessibility: Due to its elevated position, the apartment may be unsuitable for those with walking/mobility difficulties.
*Outside, Double patio doors to a large balcony overlooking the pool and Kalkan and Kalamar Bays. Marble-topped wrought iron table with matching chairs. The complex is surrounded by landscaped gardens with a stunning free-form, shared swimming pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided.
*Changeover day: Changeover day is usually Monday, but we will endeavor to be as flexible as possible.
