Nea Smyrni square is the biggest in Athens (20 hectares) and a very trendy meeting point since it is full of cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops. Just 2'walk and you can find Aghia Paraskevi tram stop where you can go to Athens Riviera, Acropolis, Athens downtown and Pireus.
The penthouse is fully equipped. It has independent gas heating, hot water 24 hours, two air-conditioning units, two fans, and two TV sets. It has toys for children and books in four different languages. For those who appreciate art, the flat is decorated with original paintings and artwork, rare posters (some of them signed by the artist), my card collection and part of my hat collection.
