Heerlijke vakantie, rust, vriendelijkheid van mrs Efi! Het huis staat op een terrein met 3 andere huizen en is toegankelijk via een hek. Het is heel goed onderhouden en staat tussen de olijfbomen op een steenworp afstand van de zee. Badkamer is wat gedateerd en douchecabine heeft een onderhoudsbeurt nodig. Er is maar 1 douche in het huis.
