Consell is a municipality in the autonomous community of Balearic Islands, Spain. Located on the island of Mallorca. The municipality borders the municipalities of Binissalem, Santa Eugenia, Santa Maria del Cami and Alaró.

The festival of San Bartolomé are village festivals are celebrated on August 24.
